Dear Joe Miller Family Members,
We are compiling a history book of the Joseph Miller family and we would like your help.
What follows is a form we have developed that we want to fill out for every member of the family past and present. We are hoping that you and your family can fill out one of these forms forthe members of your branch of the family and all of its children and grandchildren.
You can click here to download a printable version of this form or just collect the information and come here to enter it directly into the Joe Miller Family database by clicking the
Submit a History Here button on the right. You will also be able to return periodically
to update and add information in the future, so the family database will always be current and available to family members.
Please complete this first-round no later than August 11, 2004. Please also send a photo of each person in the family (group photos are fine if you note who is whom in the picture) for inclusion in the book to:

We estimate that the cost of each book will be around $50/each, although the cost may be lower if we have a larger order.

1.
